Jill Schramm, DNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in patient-centered care. She is a Board-Certified Advanced Diabetes Manager and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, currently practicing in the endocrinology department of a large academic medical center. Inspired by her own perimenopause journey and her mother’s early-onset Alzheimer’s disease, Jill is dedicated to transforming menopause care through education, advocacy, and evidence-based interventions. Her clinical focus includes menopause, perimenopause, diabetes, thyroid disorders, bone health, and weight management. Jill is pursuing certification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and in Lifestyle Medicine to further enhance her expertise in providing integrative, evidence-based care.
