Kira Hower, M.Ed. has been a Women’s Empowerment Coach for over 20 years. A graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, she became a VITA™ Certified Sexual Health Coach in 2018.
Kira has a special passion for supporting women to thrive at all stages of life, but especially at midlife. She offers 1:1 coaching, group workshops, as well as an online course called The Sexuality & Aging Masterclass. Kira feels strongly that women be encouraged to reframe aging in a positive way and prioritize their sexual health and wellbeing.
